Coconut charcoal is produced from natural coconut shells, an abundant raw material sourced from Vietnam’s major coconut-growing regions, especially Ben Tre Province. Coconut shells have a high carbon content and porous structure, making them an ideal material for producing high-quality activated carbon.

The production process is carried out at experienced manufacturing facilities, following technical standards that include carbonization and activation stages. As a result, activated coconut shell charcoal offers strong adsorption capacity and is widely used in water filtration, air treatment, deodorization, and environmental protection.

Utilizing coconut shells—an agricultural by-product—also helps optimize raw material usage and contributes to sustainable development.

Step 1: Raw Material Sourcing

We procure raw materials directly from large-scale processing facilities. Our primary focus is on coconut shells, which offer superior quality, cost-effectiveness, and the most stable supply compared to other raw materials. Subsequently, the materials undergo thorough cleaning to remove impurities, followed by drying to achieve a moisture content below 15%.

Step 2: Carbonization and Activation

We use Horizontal Kiln technology, a significant improvement over traditional vertical kilns, which allows carbonization and activation to occur simultaneously, ensuring consistent and uniform activated carbon quality. The continuous carbonization and activation process, combined with the stirring mechanism using mixing blades, enhances production efficiency compared to conventional vertical kiln technology.

Step 3: Fine Grinding

Depending on customer requirements, we adjust the fine grinding process to produce activated carbon in various forms: granular, powdered, or pelletized.

This flexibility ensures that we can provide the most precise and optimal activated carbon solutions for a wide range of applications, from industrial water treatment to specialized air filtration.

Step 4: Packaging

The activated carbon is packed in specialized protective packaging to safeguard it from environmental impacts and maintain its quality throughout storage and transportation.

In addition, we offer private-label support by providing customized packaging and logo printing services to help customers build their own brand.

Step 5: International Transportation

Our competitive advantage is reinforced by a network of strategically located warehouses across Vietnam. This extensive presence provides our partners with flexible routing options, ensuring the most optimized freight rates and exceptionally fast delivery times.

  • Asian markets: We export through Da Nang Port, Cat Lai Port, and Hai Phong Port.
  • Middle Eastern markets: We export through Hai Phong Port and Cat Lai Port.

Step 6: Customer Service

Beyond supplying products, we deliver a comprehensive and transparent service experience.

We are committed to:

  • Providing continuous order-status updates
  • Monitoring and reporting market price fluctuations
