Sawdust charcoal is produced from sawdust collected from wood processing factories, a readily available and stable raw material source. The utilization of sawdust helps significantly reduce raw material costs while minimizing waste generated during wood processing, thereby delivering high economic efficiency and sustainability.
After being properly processed, molded under pressure, and carbonized using an appropriate production process, the sawdust forms charcoal with good uniformity, stable combustion, and ease of use. The production process is carried out at experienced manufacturing facilities, ensuring that the finished charcoal maintains consistent quality and effectively meets general usage demands at a competitive cost level.
Step 1: Sawdust Sourcing
We source sawdust directly from large woodworking factories across the country. Using this readily available raw material significantly reduces production costs compared to milling wood to create sawdust. The collected sawdust is then passed through a specialized screening system to remove impurities and debris. It is also dried using advanced technology to achieve a moisture level below 15%.
Step 2: Briquetting
The processed sawdust is fed into a high-pressure briquetting system, where it is compressed into uniform blocks with consistent shape and size.
Step 3: Carbonization
The briquetted sawdust blocks are loaded into the kiln and undergo a thermal carbonization process lasting from 7 to 15 days in an oxygen-limited environment. Thanks to our skilled kiln operators, each carbonization batch can yield up to 3 tons of finished charcoal.
Step 4: Storage
The charcoal is stored in a strictly controlled environment with regulated temperature and airflow. Even minimal air exposure during this stage can cause the product to absorb moisture and ambient gases; therefore, we implement a fully enclosed storage protocol to maintain the stability and consistency of every batch.
Step 5: Packaging
Only charcoal that meets our five quality criteria—smoke-free, odorless, spark-free, a burning time of up to 4 hours, and a combustion temperature reaching 800°C—is selected for packaging. The charcoal is packed using specialized protective packaging to safeguard it from environmental factors and to maintain its quality throughout storage and transportation.
In addition, we offer private-label support by providing customized packaging and logo printing services to help customers build their own brand.
Step 6: International Transportation
Our competitive advantage is reinforced by a network of strategically located warehouses across Vietnam. This extensive presence provides our partners with flexible routing options, ensuring the most optimized freight rates and exceptionally fast delivery times.
